Students participating in the course activities should follow these policies:

Punctuality
Students are expected to be on time for the workshops and seminars.  Late arrival or early leave will be treated as incomplete.
 
Professionalism
Students should perform their duties and responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.
 
Communication
Students are welcome to send emails to instructor or the TA regarding this course.  For questions on the eligibility of activities and the approved points, students should submit the relevant information on Canvas directly.
 
No-show Penalty
Students who have been approved and register for the training but fail to attend the training workshop will not be eligible for registering in future activities and events organized by the department for two months.
